Entre otras cosas, en esta entrevista Uxio, uno de los coordinadores de IEout y Gerente de RRHH de MSD cuenta como se creó IEout a través de la iniciativa de Paul Crabtree estudiante del International MBA por aquel entonces.

Explica la mision de este network y aclara que lejos de excluir a nadie, el objetivo es integrar, ya que según él hablar de las cosas contribuye a normalizarlas.

Algunas frases para reflexionar: "Lo que no se nombra no existe" o "un ecosistema muy homogéneo, con un sólo tipo de semilla, es mucho más vulenerable".
